We'll lay the foundation for all the steps ahead by creating your retreat strategy. We'll talk about who you should invite on your adventure and the importance of nailing your "big why." Then you’ll learn why it's crucial to narrow your focus, define your promise and create an eye-catching theme.

Day 2

Design

This is the heart of the retreat planning process. We'll scour the planet for the perfect destination and you'll learn what elements you need to include to make your retreat unforgettable. I'll also share my best tips on structuring your program for maximum transformation.

Day 3

Monetize

On day 3 of our challenge, I’ll teach you how to monetize your retreat so you can make a tidy profit. We'll discuss budget and how to nail down the perfect price. I'll also share "insider secrets" for uncovering other money-making opportunities.

Day 4

Market

Once your retreat plans are polished and ready to go, you’ll need to fill the spots. In this step, we’ll talk about the systems you'll need to have in place before you invite participants. Then we'll dive into all the ways you can market your unique retreat experience.

Day 5

Manage

Last but not least, you'll learn how to prepare your attendees for your event and who you'll need on your team. I'll also share best practices for wrapping things up and creating raving fans who can't wait to sign up for your next unforgettable retreat. 🙌
