Day 1: Dream

We laid the foundation for all the steps by creating a retreat strategy. We talked about who you should invite on your adventure and the importance of nailing your "big why." Then I shared why it's crucial to narrow your focus, define your promise and create an eye-catching theme.

Day 2: Design

This is the heart of the retreat planning process. We dove into the logistics and chose the perfection platform. I shared which elements you need to include in your retreat as well as my best tips on structuring your program for maximum transformation.

Day 3: Monetize

On day 3 of our challenge, I shared best practices on how to monetize your virtual retreat so you can make a tidy profit. I discussed budget and how to nail down the perfect price. I also shared "insider secrets" for uncovering other money-making opportunities.

Day 4: Market

In this step, I talked about the systems you'll need to have in place before you invite participants. Then I covered all the ways you can market your unique online experience.

Day 5: Manage

Last but not least, I taught how to prepare your attendees for your event and who you'll need on your team. I also shared best practices for wrapping things up and creating raving fans who can't wait to sign up for your next virtual retreat. 🙌
